This is mostly a repeat of the Shavuot schedule that I sent last week. Information in bold is NEW since last week's email.
Friday Candle Lighting: 7:50 PM
Early Minha and Kabbalat Shabbat: 7:00 PM
If you attend the early Mincha, your wife should light before 7:20 PM
Shabbat Shaharit 8:30 AM
Latest Time for Shema 8:06 AM
Kiddush is sponsored in memory of Mondany bat Abraham
Shabbat Minha 7:50 PM
Eat Seudah Shelishit at home, earlier in the afternoon.
Shavuot First Day
Holiday Arvit will begin Saturday Night, right after Shabbat Minha, at approximately 8:17 PM.
Shabbat ends at 9:09 PM. You can light yom tov candles, prepare the yom tov meal, and make kiddush after that time.
Come back to the beit kenesset at 11:00 PM for Tikkun Leil Shavuot, and the minyan HaMitzvot.
Yom Tov Shaharit on Sunday begins at approximately 4:00 AM, and sunrise is at 5:08 AM.
Azharot and Megillat Rut 6:00 PM, followed by early Minha at 6:30 PM.
Shavuot Second Day
Holiday Arvit will begin right after Minha, at approximately 6:50 PM. Sunset is at 8:18 PM.
Yom Tov Shaharit on Monday 8:30 AM
Azharot and Megillat Rut 7:30 PM, followed by Minha at 8:00 PM.
The holiday ends at 9:10 PM.
